Breakfast was absolutely delicious, I love that the rooms have a darkening panel for the windows. I’m a light sleeper and I am awaken when any source of light sneaks in. We had a really good night and didn’t get to sleep until 2am so it felt really good to sleep until 9am because it still looked like night time in the room. The beds were super comfy, enjoyed the amenities and the credits we received to enjoy some of the amenities. Overall this was a good experience and we will definitely be back!

It was perfect, except for one glitch. I booked partially based on price, expecting the complimentary breakfast buffet. At checkin I was told I’d have to pay for the buffet. I asked the clerk to check and she agreed to change it to complimentary. The next morning, however, I was presented with a bill. I wrote COMPLIMENTARY on the bill and was assured it would be taken care of. It was NOT! I’ll have to call today to see if I can have it removed. It’s the principle of making good on a promise.

Room was very spacious which was extra helpful because I ended up traveling with a broken ankle and a knee scooter! Very pleasant staff. Great location - easy to get around town but not too close to the craziness of the French Quarter. For JazzFest it was great - the shuttle had a stop just on the other side of the block, although because of the knee scooter we never used it. Plenty of good dining options close by, and it's an easy walk to the theaters on Canal Street, or down to the river.

Room service food is not good at all. Quality of food for the price is bad. Tried several different items on the menu and it is not good. Had dinner at Vitascope (sp?) and meal was not good at all. Ordered a ceasar salad; crotons were incredibly old as was lettuce. I was not able to eat it. My son ordered the steak frites and was not good as well. Should have gone eat outside of the hotel bc the convenience of dining it was not worth the experience.

The staff minus one weird older security, who thought he was top flight was amazing. Zee from valet made sure he had my vehicle ready, always smiled and helpful. Houng from the lobby bar was the best he suggested different foods and drinks to me. Omg Miss Debbie from the elevator, what a beautiful, sweet lady. She is amazing and spoke with everyone. Just a really great experience overall. The lobby, halls, pool areas were always clean.
